Farm Hand / Produce Grower

We are looking for a seasonal Farm Hand / Produce Grower to join our team so we can finally allow one of our beloved employees to retire!!

We’re looking for someone with farm or agriculture experience to manage and grow produce for our farm stand.

Currently, we cultivate about a half acre with crops like tomatoes, peppers, jalapeños, potatoes, green beans, squash, and more with room to expand and try new ideas. A little over half is grown in our greenhouse.

Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (we're very flexible if needed!!)

• We work March/April until the end of October

Duties:

• Plan and manage crop production for the season

• Prepare soil, plant seeds/transplants, and maintain growing areas

• Water, fertilize, and monitor crop health

• Identify and manage pests, weeds, and plant diseases

• Harvest crops at peak quality and yield
